SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All abstracts should be submitted on the Abstract Submission Form to the following address: conference@sereni-t.co.za with the subject Abstract_heltasa2018.
Please note that you should receive a response confirming your submission within 48 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation, please resubmit your abstract.

The Abstract Submission Form is available on the website under Downloadable Documents and includes a template for abstract layout, as well as the following details, which should accompany all abstracts:

Institutional details

Chosen rhythm/sub-theme (refer to the Call for Papers)

Chosen presentation type (refer to the Call for Papers)

Whether you plan to write a paper for publication purposes

14 May: First call for abstracts.
29 June: Deadline for submission of abstracts
31 July: Notification of acceptance of abstracts (first call)
16 July: Second call for abstracts
24 Aug: Deadline for submission of abstracts for the second call
14 Sept: Notification of acceptance of abstracts (second call)
